HOW IT ALL GOT STARTED
I remember as a small child walking into the convenient store with my mother. She went in got her items and walked back to the car, only to look down at me and see me with a bag of cheese doodles that she had not paid for. I'd walked out of the store with those cheese doodles having not paid for them. Needless to say, Elizabeth made me turn around and march myself right back into the store and return them.
This is one of my early memories of loving cheese so much that I would do anything to get it. My love for cheese only grew when I became an adult and realized how many different cheeses there were in the world. Oh the joy and excitement!
As a young adult I would go visit one of my aunts and the first thing I would do is go straight to her refrigerator and see if there was anything to eat. She would almost always have a cheesecake in her refrigerator. This is where my love for the actual cheesecake began.
Over the years I've tasted many cheesecakes and I've baked many cheesecakes, tweeking my recipe along the way until now. Now I have developed the perfect recipe for the perfectly moist, flavorful and rich cheesecake. And now, for such a time as this, I can share that cheesecake with YOU. These cakes are made from scratch and made with love and care. If you don't believe in love at first bite, then I dare you....I double dare you to try a cheesecake from Cheesecake Creations!
